Achieving Chartered membership signifies a practical understanding of the dynamics between boards and organizations, achieved through the successful completion of the International Qualifying Program and evidenced by experience in the governance sector.

Badge holders include both Chartered Secretaries and Chartered Governance Professionals holding Associate (ACG) or Fellow (FCG) postnominals.
