The Chartered Governance Institute of Canada
The Chartered Governance Institute of Canada (CGIC) is a national, not-for-profit organization, and the Canadian Division of The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators), a global network delivering certification programs for governance professionals. CGIC is the only global qualifying organization in Canada that grants Chartered status to professionals. Chartered Secretaries and Chartered Governance Professionals, certified by CGIC, are the primary sources of trusted advice to boards of directors and leaders in the practice of good governance.
